At BCZA, we are committed to providing professionals across South Africa with high-quality, genuine Milwaukee® Tools and accessories. Every order we process is handled with care to ensure you receive authentic, reliable, and top-performing products.

Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Refunds or Returns on Online Purchases

All online sales through BCZA’s online store are final.
We currently do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products purchased through our website.

This policy is in place to maintain product integrity and customer safety. As professional-grade tools, all Milwaukee® products are sold as new and unused — once shipped, we cannot resell or restock them.

BCZA does not issue refunds or accept returns for:

  • Incorrect item selection or change of mind

  • Product dissatisfaction or buyer’s remorse

  • Compatibility issues or incorrect voltage/model choices

  • Failure to read product specifications prior to purchase

We strongly encourage customers to verify all product information, model details, and compatibility requirements before placing an order.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

While refunds and returns are not accepted, we understand that issues may occasionally occur.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

Once received, our support team will investigate and guide you on the appropriate next step. This may include:

  • Submitting a warranty claim through Milwaukee®’s authorized service process

  • Replacement coordination through an official Milwaukee® Service Centre

Please note that products showing signs of misuse, tampering, modification, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for warranty or replacement.


3. Warranty Support

All Milwaukee® Tools purchased through BCZA are covered by Milwaukee®’s manufacturer warranty, which protects against defects in materials and workmanship.

If your tool develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us and we will assist you in processing a warranty claim with an authorized service partner.
Warranty coverage and duration vary depending on the tool type and must comply with Milwaukee®’s official terms.

BCZA itself does not process repairs or replacements directly — all claims are handled in partnership with Milwaukee®’s official service network.


4. Order Accuracy & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring all order information is correct before checkout.
This includes:

  • Correct product selection (model, voltage, accessory type)

  • Accurate billing and shipping details

  • Awareness of shipping timelines and warranty policies

BCZA cannot be held liable for delays, lost deliveries, or product issues resulting from incorrect information entered during checkout.


5. Pricing & VAT

All prices listed on our website are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
VAT and applicable fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.
