At BCZA, we are committed to delivering your Milwaukee® Tools and accessories safely, efficiently, and reliably within South Africa. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Area

BCZA currently ships only within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Methods & Couriers

Orders are shipped using BCZA’s in-house couriers or reputable third-party couriers such as The Courier Guy, depending on availability and location.

  • The courier used for your order will be determined at the time of dispatch.

  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery times typically range from 2–5 business days after order processing, depending on your location and courier availability.

  • Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond BCZA’s control.

4. Handling Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Delivery location

  • Courier method selected

All prices on the BCZA website are exclusive of VAT; applicable VAT will be added at checkout.

6. Order Accuracy & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details when placing an order. BCZA is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages due to courier mishandling

  • Refused deliveries
